The office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm eastern time from Monday to Friday, except federal holidays. The front desk hours are also the same. Filing fees and payments are accepted up to 4 pm. However, receipts are not issued after 3:30 pm. Courtroom #1, Courtroom #2 and the Clerks office are situated on the 5th floor. These can be accessed using the 7th street elevator. Courtroom #3 and the creditors meeting room are situated on the 5th floor. These can be accessed using the 6th street elevator.
Owensboro Division is situated at United States Courthouse, 423 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301. The Courtroom is located on the first floor. The Owensboro Divisional Office does not have Bankruptcy Clerks office personnel. The Bankruptcy Clerks Office Staff can be met in Louisville from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time from Monday to Friday except federal holidays. The Bowling Green Division is situated at Federal Courthouse, 241 East Main Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101. This office is not staffed by Bankruptcy Clerks office personnel. These may be contacted in Louisville. The Paducah Division is situated at United States Courthouse, 501 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001. The Bankruptcy Courtroom is situated on the first floor. This office is not staffed by Bankruptcy Clerks office personnel. These may be met in Louisville. The Federal holidays for Kentucky bankruptcy court for the year 2008 are January 1, January 21, February 18, May 26, July 4, September 1, October 13, November 12, November 27 and December 25.
