The US Bankruptcy Court Maryland has two addresses Baltimore Courthouse 101 West Lombard Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 and Greenbelt Courthouse 6500 Cherrywood Lane, Greenbelt, MD 20770. These courts are open from 8 am to 4 pm. The mission of this court is as follows To promote social and economic order by reconciling the opportunity of debtors to a fresh start with the right of creditors to be paid.

From 2nd April 2007, the Maryland Bankruptcy Court uploaded new forms in a fill-in format on the website. The forms were of these types Official Bankruptcy forms, Local Bankruptcy forms, Adversary cover sheet, Priority handling cover sheet, Documents presented at Baltimores 2001 Ch. 13 Seminar, Writs of garnishment and execution.

B 19B form is for Notice to debtor by Non-attorney bankruptcy petition preparer. B 23 form is for Debtors Certification of Completion of Instructional Course concerning Financial Management. B 104 form is for Adversary Proceeding cover sheet. B 132 form is for Application for search of Bankruptcy records. B 200 form is for Required lists, schedules, statements and fees by chapter. B 201 form is for Notice to individual consumer debtor. B 202 form is for Statement of Military Service. B 203 form is for Disclosure of Compensation of Attorney for debtor. B 204 form is for Notice of need to file proof of claim due to recovery of assets.
B 205 form is for Notice to creditors and other parties in Interest. B 206 form is for Certificate of Commencement of Case. B 207 form is for Certificate of Retention of Debtor in Possession. B 210 form is for Transfer of Claim other than for Security and Notice. B 230A form is for Order Confirming Chapter 12 Plan. B 230B form is for Order Confirming Chapter 13 Plan. B 231A form is for Order fixing time to object to proposed modification of Confirmed Chapter 12 Plan. B 231 B form is for Order fixing time to object to proposed modification of Confirmed Chapter 12 Plan. B 253 form is for Order for Relief in an Involuntary Case. B 254 form is for Subpoena for Rule 2004 examination. B 255 form is for Subpoena in an adversary proceeding. B 256 form is for Subpoena in a case under the Bankruptcy Code.
