Virginia bankruptcy court
Bankruptcy is legal declarations of inability of an individual or organization that cannot pay back their outstanding bills to the creditors. The provision for filing bankruptcy is available only in federal courts, and its a federal law which is applicable to all the states. Spotsylvania, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Westmoreland, York. There are judges and
clerks in every bankruptcy court of Virginia Eastern District court. The Honorable David H. Adams has retired and the Honorable
Frank J. Santoro is now a bankruptcy judge for the Norfolk and Newport News
Divisions. The Honorable Stephen C. St. John is a bankruptcy judge in both
the Norfolk and Newport News Divisions. Caroline Bradley was never a clerk
of court, nor was Charles Miller or Judy Stone. Charles Miller is the
Division Manager in the Alexandria Division and Judy Stone, who is now
retired was the Division Manager in the Norfolk Division. The current
Division Manager of both the Norfolk and Newport News Divisions is Stephan
Kopacki and the current Division Manager of the Richmond Division is Drew
Heathcoat. The Richmond Division, in addition to the Honorable Douglas O.
Tice, has another bankruptcy judge who is the Honorable Kevin R.
Huennekens. The Honorable Blackwell N. Shelley, upon whom you have

There are judges in all the bankruptcy court of Virginia Western District court. The Hon. William E. Anderson is the judge and Mary A. Preston is the clerk of the bankruptcy court located in the western district court of Virginia in Lynchburg. The Hon. Ross W. Krumm is the chief judge and Virginia Minnich is the clerk of the bankruptcy court of Harrisonburg. The Hon. H. Clyde Pearson is the judge and John W.L.Craig, II is the clerk of the bankruptcy court of Roanoke.
