These seminars provide current information on laws, regulations and best practices that impact the success of business or the business of clients.

Development in New York City, legal and environmental issues will be covered, as well as market, finance and construction zoning issues.

Registration for a seminar: While pre registration is encouraged to guarantee a seat, registration at the door if space is available. In case not pre registered, customer service department will confirm that there have been no changes the day before the seminar.
Order cancellation Policy: Substitute registrants are welcome and may be named at any time. Canceling six or more business days prior to the seminar, will receive a full refund, less a $20.00 service charge per attendee ($30.00 for Canadian registrations). Cancel within five business days; we are not entitled to a cash refund. However, as a courtesy, allowed to apply for payment toward a future Lorman seminar within one year from the date of cancel. Payment is transferable. However, in case of not attending and not informing to cancel as described above, responsible for the entire payment lies on you.
Sending someone else to attend the seminar: Can make substitutions at any time. But, that has to be informed to customer service department who will take care of everything.
Education credit for attending your seminars: Many of programs qualify for a variety of continuing education credit. The credits information is located in two areas. The first is on the seminar brochure along with other valuable information. Credit information is also available on the general seminar information page.
Course materials: Will receive a professionally bound manual at the beginning of the seminar. These materials are prepared specifically for each seminar by the speakers. They serve as a valuable reference back at the office or to share with colleagues.
Special accommodations: All the seminars are held in facilities that are handicap accessible. In case of additional needs, the same may be informed to the customer service department two weeks prior to the seminar date for making arrangements.
Dressing: Casual business wear is appropriate and a light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.
Lunch and parking: Seminars locations are selected that have eating establishments within the facility or nearby convenient to the attendees unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are made on their own.
Payment methods: Payments are accepted through credit cards, American Express, MasterCard, or VISA and purchase order or invoice for attendance.
Verification of attendance: All attendees receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the seminar which may be useful to verify your participation for meeting professional education requirements.
