Winnipeg real estate board
The Winnipeg real estate board(WREB) was started in 1903. Today, the WREB is a professional, business service and industry association, representing over 1400 real estate brokers, salespeople, appraisers and financial members active in The Winnipeg real estate market. Members of The Winnipeg Real Estate Board are also members of both the Manitoba Real Estate Association, and the Canadian Real Estate Association. WREB has decided to upgrade to Q, said Tom McGourty, go members\' vice president of Sales and Marketing. "They will benefit from the increased efficiencies in data management, online communication and direct integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP, due to Q's scalability and extensive use of web services.
Q is an integrated enterprise class software solution built on Microsoft.Net technology. Among other advantages, the Microsoft.NET platform allows for easy integration of data and business processes across disparate systems. It provides an open, scalable platform with excellent performance, lower cost and easy deployment that allows nonprofits and associations to manage member relationships, Internet transactions and communications. Q's leading edge solutions provide large organizations the security and flexibility to meet unique business needs and increase the potential for revenue.
WREB and CREB, along with 110 other real estate boards, 10 provincial associations and one territorial association, are members of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), one of Canada's largest single-industry trade associations.
