6. Is engaged in a business, whole time or part time that deals in buying, selling, exchanging of a time share, either owned or not, in an established pattern

7. Is Taking commission for the promotion of sale, exchange, rental, option or leasing of real estate or business opportunities

What are the qualifications to get the real estate license?

To apply for the Wisconsin real estate broker license, you have to have any one of the following qualifications:


1. A 36 hours broker?s course of approved education program in Business management from a state approved education center.

2. Proof of attendance in 20 academic semester hour in a state approved higher education institute in the subject of real estate or real estate related law.

3. Photocopy of bar membership card or proof of good standing in the Wisconsin State Bar.

4. Plus you have to have a salesperson?s licenses. If you do not have it, then you have to complete salesperson education requirements.
