How to develop an article
Article is like a collection of words making a logical sequence just about anything. The article should look like a positive contribution to the society. It can be published in form of research paper, news item, journal, essay or just a piece of prose clearly defining the ideas of author.
Some of the important steps towards contributing a good piece of information or article are:
• Trap and prison the idea.
• Extend your ideas and try to reach to maturity
• Develop and tailor your mature ideas so that they are not tainted
• Check the viability and scope of your ideas
Trap and prison the idea as and when it approaches you:
At times it takes months and years to find a good prospect for your Subject. So, if an idea or a subject approaches your mind but you don't have a suitable prospect in the market then also save your idea to be used in future. Thus, build an idea book which is the collection of all the ideas, dos and don?t regarding the subject. It is not always easy about writing an article just about anything and at anytime. Ideas don?t always pop up that easily. So, it is always good to have a notebook where you can collect your own ideas as and when they approach you. It can also contain good proverbs and phrases. You can even have a collection of good vocabulary which you would like to use in your writing. It will not only add to your writing skill but will also increase your word power. It can also contain some of the assessment of your previous work like some common mistakes usually done by you or some positive aspects of your writing so that next time when you pick up a subject for writing you are constantly aware of your plus and minuses. Try to feed your mind by reading good literature as it will also add on to your idea book.
Thus, the first and foremost step for developing an article is to save your idea before it dies away.
Extend your ideas and try to reach to maturity:
You have brainstormed your mind and have ideas and even a subject ready along with positive market prospects. Now it is the time to refine and extend your ideas so, that your ideas can lay the foundation of a successful article. Extending of ideas requires lot of brainstorming so, now be prepared to do lot of hard work. Try discussing the subject with your friends, family and colleagues. Research online and offline. Before starting writing work try and find out what has already been done on the subject. Approach the subject in a newer and innovative way so that your piece of work not looks like copied or resembling some previous work of some other author. Turning your ideas to a piece of information is like designing a product which should be sellable in market. Work with an open approach. Consider and reconsider your original idea again and again. Try to look your ideas with varied prospects as it will not only enhance your thinking abilities but will also help in extending your ideas to reach to maturity.
Develop and tailor your mature ideas so that they are not tainted:
You have ideas and complete information about the subject now it?s the time to put it in writing. Making the logical sequencing of ideas is as important as trapping and extending of ideas. Your ideas should be tailor-made so as to reach the correct audience. If you?re writing an article you certainly want it to be read and just not go into garbage. Thus, first find out who is the prospective reader of your article. For instance if you are approaching children then your article should use simple word power, examples and thoughts liked and understood by children. Using of big words, difficult terminology and complex ideas for children article will take your article to garbage.
Shape and mold your ideas so as to develop a style which can convey the information properly to the prospective reader. Check and recheck your article for grammar and spelling errors. Give yourself some time before submitting the article for publication as reading your article after a gap will always help you to find one or more mistakes. If you are stuck up at any point and repeated brainstorming is not helping you. Stop thinking and writing. Reapproach later, may be after some hours or days as it will enable you to have a fresher look of the situation. Have a catchy title which should reflect the overall theme of article. Use examples or case studies wherever possible. Follow the basic rule of Introduction, body and conclusion.
Check the viability and scope of your article:
Test your ideas rigorously. They should be correct best to your knowledge. You should write only if you are sure of the ideas, please don?t write just for the sake of writing. Write only if you are sure about your capabilities of choosing the topic.
Also try to find the scope and prospects of your article. It is always good to have more than one prospect for your subject. You should also be able to answers to the questions based on reprint of article.
