Easter recipe
Easter is one of the festivals celebrated by Christians. There are only two festivals mainly celebrated by the Christians. Christians are the people who follow Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior and worship the one and only Almighty God. Bible is the Holy book of Christians. All the recordings were written by the Prophets with the help of the Holy Ghost (who is the 3rd form of trinity). According to the scriptures, God enjoyed creating this world. God the father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are called God of Trinity. God loved his creation a lot. God also created angles and gave them the authority next to God. Satan was an important angel who was given authority next to Jesus. As Satan became proud and greedy, he wished to ascend the throne of God. God cast him out of Heaven and threw him onto this earth. Satan, being very cunning, started to tempt men and made them sin.
In the beginning, God used to talk and walk with man. But, owing to the arrival of Satan man fell into Satan’s evil clutches and started sinning. God gave freedom to the entire human race to distinguish between right and wrong and make their own decisions. But, people sinned against God, using this very same gift. People used to give sacrifices of lamb and calf to God to be cleansed from their sins. They believed God will accept their sacrifice and cleanse all their sins. As the time passed by, Satan’s rule became more impregnable on this earth and all the people were led astray from God’s path. People created their own idols and worshipped them as their God.
God’s Love
God is so loving and kind. So he sent his only son Jesus Christ as a lamb to die for all the sins of man kind. Jesus Christ was born to Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was born as a baby boy to go through all the difficulties and situations of man and overcome all the sins. He showed them the perfect life that has to be lived on this earth. Jesus started his preaching of goodness and kindness from his 30th year. He proclaimed to all the people that he is the son of God who has come to this world to die for all the sins of man kind. He performed many miracles on this earth. He taught the people through parables and illustrations. He lived a Holy life. Jesus was arrested by the Officials in the city. They persecuted Jesus and crucified Him.
Jesus Christ being the Son of the Almighty God broke the clutches of death and gained victory over death. The day when Jesus rose from his tomb is celebrated as Easter. Easter recipe people rejoice for the love that God has shown to them. The cross on the Calvary, where Jesus shed his precious blood for the sins of mankind is a symbol of Love that endures forever.

The name Easter came in the 2nd century when the missionaries advised the converted tribal people, the Saxons, to celebrate the pagan festival, which had been celebrated by the tribal people, until then, as the Festival of Easter, rejoicing in the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ. Earlier, the pagan festival was celebrated by them to invite the new spring season and worship their goddess Eastre. The missionaries found out that the day in which the pagan festival was celebrated was the same day that Jesus was crucified. The date of Easter varies from year to year. This is due to the variation in formation of ecclesiastical full moon. The day before Jesus was arrested, he celebrated the Passover festival which is celebrated based on the full moon. Easter recipe is said to be celebrated on the Sunday following full moon formation in spring. Based on these calculations, it is generally said that Easter is celebrated between 22nd of March and 29th of April.
