But wait, what about your skin, hair and that perfect glow Yes, you can get this entire perfect figure with perfect glow and great hair. All you need to do is EAT THE RIGHT KIND OF FOOD. Following is a list of few food items that would help you.
TOMATOES
The lycopene in tomatoes strengthens the defence network of the skin, thus raising its sun protection factor (SPF). So by eating lots of tomatoes, you will surely enhance the skin\'s ability to withstand the assault of the sun\'s damaging sun rays. It works like an internal block! You can make a tangy salsa and make yourself sun-proof. Spinach and tea also serve the same purpose.
LOW FAT DAIRY PRODUCTS
Vitamin A in milk nourishes the epithelium (outer skin layer). Milk and milk products will not only save you from deadly disease which might trouble you in old age like; diabetes and thyroid; but also gives radiance to skin. It is an all rounder vegetable. Green in colour it is great source of nutrients. It binds with enzymes associated to fight against inflammatory diseases and cancer.
WATER
There is no substitute for water. Water hydrates the skin and flushes out the toxins, making your skin look radiant.
Avoid sugar, packaged foods and crash diets. Eating right will give you radiance from within, which beats all foundation creams hands down. Fruits and vegetables taken in raw form are the best.
