Jewels

Here we are in the twenty first century a world where fashion rules but what is the reason for such sparking attractions is it just for self satisfaction. definitely not nowadays people live for the others around them and not for themselves it is a hobsons choice of live for the appreciation of others or die unnoticed. what impact do the people around us have on us, it is shocking to discover that most women in this world do not prefer to even go to special occations without a pair of dazzling bright jewels. what makes them crave for these shiny stones nothing but attention everyone prefers to be adored by others, and get everyone's attention all for themselves. if we ask a scientist, he would just say that gold, silver, platinum, diamond are all elements.

If we ask a small kid he/she would say that they are shiny costly stones that make people happy. but if we ask the same question to teenagers and middle aged women they would determine that jewels are magic life giving elixirs that complete a part of their life, its more like a living thing to them rather than a bunch of shiny pieces of metals carved to shape. when we look at the cost of jewels now a days we can clearly come to conclusions that it is rising to the peek day by day, and most people can't afford it but they still manage to get some by pushing to their very limits of earning and effort just to buy a small portion of jewellery and beautify themselves, there are still many families that even struggle to pay their electricity bills in time but have costly jewels hidden in their stash ready to be taken out on a crowdy occasion. does mere attention and fame make someone more content than anything else this is a question that every single individual must ask him/her self and are we doing the right thing making our family members strain to earn for our display of beauty we should all think of this before we even start dreaming a world of attention and respect.

according to study of availability of jewels and other ornaments natural gold, diamond and other jewel mines are comparitively less nowadays as the sales of jewellery is rising high nowadays. but we cannot say that presnce of jewels are reduced because they are not being consumed, instead they are all still present in every home in a secret air tight corrosive resistent closet locked away in privacy, and most metal jewels are melted to be broken down and built into new modelled jewellery that will be used again by the next generations and their offsprings.

therefore we can say that availability of jewels in nature is greatly decreasing and the jewels stored in homes in a pattern of heirarchy is greatly increasing. even though there are enough jewels to fill an entire cupboard many people prefer to have their own set of jewels that they buy with a bill having their name. this is mainly because of this soceity and the people around us it is considered cheap to reuse old ornaments. if we have to live for others' opinion of us then why lead a pointless life by wasting most of our time in beautification and attractiveness.

if this abundent use of jewels continue then, all the natural availability of the rare shiny elements will be wiped off the face of earth, and people who will be bored of having so much jewellery in their homes will start building golden, platinum and even diamond house equipments, but is this really what we want just a pair of door knobs made of diamond and a set of golden closets shining in the bathroom when the money spent on this jewellery would have been able to fill the stomachs of millions of people who are dying of starvation, does it really matter more to get immediate attention among a group of rich people than to use the money for various other purposes that are far more important.

In every developing country a minimum of three people die of starvation in a rural area everyday, even if we don't want to spend money on charity then, there are another hundred ways of spending it usefully instead on fame and recognition. in order to save money spent on jewels, people can start using other shiny metals that are not so rare in availability but also attractive in that way we could have saved lots money on jewels. many countries that do not have mines also waste money that can be utilised for economic development on jewellery, a country's economic wealth does not depend on its availability of gold and diamond but on its proper infrastructure and human rights. if these shiny stones are not of any use then why spend tonnes of currency and resources for it have we ever thought that by spending money for fashion we are wasting all the effort that was used to earn it. lets try to reduce the purchase on jewels and use the money for things that benefit us more than mere attraction among others. after all it is our duty to protect our earth from the depletion of natural resources and lets protect ourselves from being caught into the net of fantasy, pride, attention and fame.
