I have googled my error and perused the forums and have not found that my error seems to be a problem for anyone else. I have replicated the error on another site so that I can attempt to play with the Popin Plugin and still have my other site functional.
Below is the error I get on the index.php page (home page) for the site when I enable or activate the Popin Plugin. When I deactivate the Plugin, I get the normal home page again. The error is consistent across OS's and browsers. (FF3 & IE7 on PC and FF3 & Safari 3.1.2)

Any help would be appreciated. It maybe that I am overlooking something silly. I will admit that I am not terribly experienced in working with php code. I wanted to see if there was a known fix or simple solution prior to me diving into the code without a life preserver!

there was a small temporary problem in the Downloads where the Joomla 1.0 version was uploaded instead of Joomla 1.5. This has now been sorted, please uninstall, download the current 1.5 version and re-install and you will be ok.
