Can 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
I have tried to instal the jootube plugin to my "joomla 1.5.9 site" (went well the Joomla said, also enabled the plug-in), and have tried to put the string example

{ youtube : } (without the spaces)

Also theres a new menu to the left on my site named jootube (why)

Anyway, tried to put in aricle the string without spaces, and still don

Can you post the address of your website? I think you might have installed our Joomla Youtube module rather than the plugin. These are different modules. With the plugin, you embed the video within an article. Whilst the module creates a module (similar to a menu). Try downloading/installing the plugin and redo the steps.
