Hi,

I tried installing the module using the steps outlined here

And the image menu will not display - I only get the following warning


Warning: Parameter 1 to modMainMenuImagesHelper::buildXML() expected to be a reference, value given in C:\wamp\www\Joomla\libraries\joomla\cache\handler\callback.php on line 99

Any ideas what could be causing this?

The only thing that looks different from what I did to the instructions
is step3. In the Module Parameters (Extensions > Module Manager > JoomlaMain Menu Images) choose the menu you want to display in the module.

Where yours is call 'images' mine is still mainmenu - do i have to creat a new menu ?

You need to disable php warnings, and everything will work correctly.
