I battled with finding a fix for this myself. I tried all kind of suggestions but none worked. I eventually downloaded a new perihelion zip file, expanded it and only used/uploaded the template_css.css file. This worked for me. I haven't gone through line for line with my old file to find the fix but just glad I finally had a fix. Hope this helps.
