I'm using joomla 1.5.11 with DC slide menu 1.5

I have integrated the module with the vertical menu configuration.
I have actually two feature requests:

Request 1:
to make it possible to view the active submenu. (only first sublevel is good enough for me)
Eg. the menu:

menu A
--SubA.1
--SubA.2
--SubA.3
Menu B
--SubB.1
--SubB.2
Menu C
--SubC.1


When clicking on 'menu A' or 'subA.x' the menu module should show:

menu A
--SubA.1
--SubA.2
--SubA.3
Menu B
Menu C

Request 2:
This one just seems to be a CSS adjustment.
I would like the vertical position of the submenu to be on the same vertical position as the first topmenu item.
