Pending payment cancelled 1 Month, 1 Week ago

I've been trying out your DC MoneyBookers module for the last month, the module itself is simple and I like it, you've done a good job. The problem is that I keep getting "Pending payment cancelled" messages (5 so far), and these are for transactions that never show in my MoneyBookers account and the "Pending payment cancelled" notification is the first I hear about it. I have had 2 successful transactions for these same products. Any idea what could be causing this and what can be done to fix?

I'm not sure how MoneyBookers work ... I beleive it is something from their side. I'd suggest you ask them, what the message means. I think it is people who have clicked on the product, and then decided not to buy.

Thanks Dart for the response. I've had more of a look and all the payments that were cancelled mentioned "Merchant Gateway". I think I need to upgrade my MoneyBookers account to a merchant account. This might be something you need to tell other customers. I've emailed MoneyBookers and am awaiting a response, I'll let you know the outcome.

Here is the response I have got from Moneybookers. I'm working with them to address these specific items.
