Is there any way to use menu items such as the configuration screenshot for the Joomla 1 version?

And what exactly is the difference between the pro version and the free version, they look exactly the same to me?

They are exactly the same, the free version has a back link to the site, whilst the pro version doesn't it. Try giving the free version a test run and see if you like it...

I actually already purchased the pro version expecting additional features such as the ability to list menu items, but am now disappointed.
