Indemnis,
I've been through the JoomFish forums, and supposedly if the Module uses standard Joomla API calls, it should work fine. Now, our module does use standard Joomla API calls. Have you tried translating the articles which are in the featured articles module?
not until now
does this matter?
i mean the articles are posted with their id and not with their title
so it should work anyway, shouldnt it?
if i set the title of featured article module shown on the frontpage to the titele i want to be shown on the german version of the site nothing will change... except that i now have to translate it into english with joomfish and the english version of the articles shown on the frontpage is not updated... nevertheless i have to set the articles in the translated versions manually...
it doesnt make sense in my eyes
i tried it anyway... i fed featured articles module with an article that has already been translated... so it had the original english version and the german translation... the changes only were stored for the english (non joomfish-translated) 'part' of the module... so as i already said a few days ago... joomfish just doesnt sync the original module settings with the copys joomfish creates...
joomfish has an 'sync' button for each language version... but it wouldnt matter, if i typed the article ids in the proposed field in each language-'config' by hand or if i clicked the button in each language-'config' in joomfish...
maybe you can think of (and at least do it

) implementing a button in the module config (like i propose on the screenshot attached), that automatically "clicks" the sync button in each language-config ...
