Article not linked in menu opens incorrectly 1 Year, 1 Month ago
When I list articles in Featured Articles which is not linked from a menu, and I click on one of them, the article open together with the rest of the content on the page, not in a page by itself.

Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks
Rajan

This functionality is by design. Are you looking at having the article upon in another page by itself?

Well, I would just like that when I click on a link to an article, then this is the only article that shows in mainbody, that it doesn't appear below the other articles that where on the page (but not that it opens a new window or tab).

I have the same issue with another module, and what it seems like is that the look of any particular page is determined by the 'item ID' (the ID of the menu link). If an article does not have an item ID (because it is not linked in the menu) it will use the Item id of the current page, which means I will get all modules etc from that page.

Until I find a better fix, I have created a hidden menu which I link to the articles, and then the articles opens correctly. But I would like to find a better fix.

You see what I mean?

I believe this is your best solution due to the way the ItemIDs are handled. If you can suggest a programmatic solution, I could try to implement it...
