I have it installed and enabled, with the right path and everything is set up properly but when i go to my website it is a blank screen, right click on it and says video not loaded. What should i do?

Somehow there must be a problem with the path, otherwise the banners would show up. If you could view the source you could test by adding the path to the banner to your site.

Or post the address and we can give it a look.

You need to add /portfolio to the path, i.e. the path to banners should be /portfolio/downloads/banners
