Experts,

I just installed the Joomla Visitor Map, I obtained the API key from google and insert it. But when I put the module on my site, it just shows "Loading Joomla Visitor Map".

Please help,

Not sure why ... but maybe the server cannot access the Google MAPs API to render the module.

Is there a specific port on the server that needs to be opened?

It needs to be able to access "api.hostip.info/" over port 80 to be able to resolve the location of the hit, however, I don't think that should prevent it from loading in the first place.
