Its a wonderful little package, I have just installed it on a test site. But I am wondering, what are the security issues? How easily could the payment be hacked? Can anyone tell me? Thanks!

Hacking is difficult to occur, the module simply redirects the user to the Paypal website so that payment occurs via PayPal, so any risks should be minimal.
