Hi guys, this is a great module, very handy for what i want to do.
However, im having trouble adding any css styling to it. Its only very basic stuff i want to do, ie change background colour, style text etc but im not sure what class suffix i should be using and nothing i do seems to have any effect.
new to joomla and only have basic coding knowledge so am probaly missing something obvious, any help?
regards
Richard

typically, you add a module suffic to the parameters of the module. You need get a specific CSS Id / Class for the module and you would be able to use CSS to define it exactly as you need to.
You'll need to be familiar with CSS though ...

yeah im familiar with css and using it to style modules etc.
i've given the popup a suffix in the paramiters used this in conjunction with as many classes as i can find within the popup window but nothing has any effect.
i've styled other modules in the same way so am confident my css coding is correct.
Are there any known bugs that could be stopping the css from working?
im using joomla 1.5.8
any help would be much appreciated.
Richard

There's really no way a bug could affect the way the CSS of a module is applied really. Can you post a URL, maybe I can take a look at it. The popup is a vvery verrry simple hack of the standard Latest News module ... no other changes were made, so I can't really understand what the problem is.

Hi Richard,
it looks to be working as it should.
You know should use moduletable_player, and latestnews_player to style the module / entries.
